The promotion is open to permanent residents of South Australia only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Promotional Period
Entries open on 09.07.26 and close at 11:59pm ACST on [09.08.26].
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) x 1kg Pasta (winner's choice, subject to availability)
One (1) x 500ml Sauce (winner's choice, subject to availability)
One (1) x Garlic Bread
The prize is available once per week for 52 consecutive weeks from the commencement date advised by Pasta Mia.
The total prize cannot be redeemed in a single transaction or collected in advance.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Products may vary depending on availability. Pasta Mia reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
Prize Collection
The winner must collect their weekly prize in person from the nominated Pasta Mia collection location during normal trading hours.
Valid photo identification may be requested upon collection.
Weekly prizes are only valid during their allocated week.
Unused weekly prizes cannot be accumulated, carried forward or redeemed retrospectively.
If the winner does not collect their prize during a particular week, that week's entitlement is forfeited and cannot be claimed at a later date.
Failure to collect one or more weekly prizes does not extend the promotional period beyond the original 52-week duration.
Pasta Mia is not responsible for missed collections due to personal circumstances, travel, illness or any other reason.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place on 16.08.26.
The winner will be contacted via the Facebook or Instagram account used to enter.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or is deemed ineligible, Pasta Mia reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
General
Receipts must be genuine and clearly show an eligible Pasta Mia purchase.
Illegible, altered, fraudulent or duplicate receipts may be deemed invalid.
Pasta Mia reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the promotion may result in disqualification.
Pasta Mia reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography or social media content, without additional compensation.
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with Pasta Mia's Privacy Policy.
