Do Pasta Mia products contain preservatives or additives?
No. We don’t use any artificial preservatives or additives in our pasta. Freezing is our natural way of preserving freshness, so you get pure ingredients and authentic flavour.

We offer several vegetarian choices (such as spinach & ricotta agnolotti or cheese ravioli), and some recipes are plant-based. All our pasta contains wheat (gluten), so we don’t have gluten-free options yet, but we’re actively working on gluten-free recipes for the future.

Cook our pasta directly from frozen in boiling water; no need to thaw. Most filled pastas are ready in about 10 minutes (they’ll float when done), and gnocchi or plain pastas take just 2-3 minutes.
